What if I don’t like the third and final draft, can I get my money back?
Your digital marketing and copywriting package will be subject to many quality checks (alterations and approvals) before any payment is made.
Subsequent quality-checks in the form of two drafts and further, minor edits will be made to accurately fulfil the requirements of the pre-agreed blueprint.
All discovery calls and correspondences are free, and you only pay when you are 100% sure that a Ruth Klempner Copywriting product is the right one for you 🙂
The product you receive will therefore be the exact product which has been ordered, and as such, it will not be available for refund.
Please remember: It is not in my interest to provide poor copy.
How many discovery calls do I need?
At least one big one.
The process only begins when I understand exactly what your objectives are as a business, and what unique composition of copy you require.
I will also need to receive all business literature you would like including in your digital marketing and copywriting product (e.g. your business product information, business mission, contact details etc) before I am able to accurately assemble your product blueprint.
All business literature and information required for copywriting product can be sent via email.
The time required to complete your package will rely upon your cooperation in providing feedback for drafts I assemble and present to you.
Once we agree upon a date of completion, please bear in mind that you will need to thoroughly read and check each blueprint and draft of your product in order to provide the feedback I need to make any alterations necessary.
